Beginning with "Miss Collie's" memories of her home on Montgomery Street in Troy when she was 11 years old.  She told about the family, food, school, churches, the town of Troy, and more.  Miss Gardner was a member of the Troy State College faculty.  Gardner Hall was named for her in recognition of her long years of service to the college.  Published January 1966.
